Support chatbot on knowledge base
More than a prototype, this proof-of-concept support chatbot is ready to be refined and implemented to guide customers to the right information even more easily. The support portal content was used to feed OpenAI with all content.
When questions are asked, OpenAI GPT formulates the answer based on that content with references to the page on the support portal. While the search function works fine, this is an even more direct way to find the right information.
Through logging of all questions, immediate insight is gained into what customers are searching for and where content can still be improved.
AI Voice Assistant
As a proof-of-concept, a Voice Assistant was built using ElevenLabs, which as an alternative to the chatbot can provide users with the right information through speech. ElevenLabs provides technology to make voices sound as natural as possible.
Through strict system prompts, you ensure the Voice Assistant only provides correct information and doesn't hallucinate. These Voice Assistants can be further connected to your phone system and CRM to create a powerful whole.
All conversations are logged, making analysis easy. The data it yields can then be used to further optimize the content.

AI Phone Assistant
For a cultural organization, we collaborated on a project to support phone operators during a busy period. Technology was provided through a phone service provider. Implementation was a joint effort.
In a short time, 70% of questions could be handled without human intervention. During this short period, various optimization rounds were made to answer questions as well as possible.
If someone asks for a human, we transfer immediately. This way callers have no frustration with the chatbot. This happened remarkably little.
