What does an AI-Pilot or first prototype cost?+
Expect €5,000-15,000 for an initial AI-Pilot: a working prototype including intake and handover. No hidden costs, clear price ceiling upfront.
How long until I see results?+
After intake (1 week) you'll have a first working version to test within 2 to 3 weeks. Total lead time to handover: 4 to 6 weeks.
What about privacy and data security?+
Your data stays yours. We can work with anonymized datasets during development, and the prototype runs on your own infrastructure or an EU-hosted environment. GDPR-compliant by design.
What happens after the AI-Pilot?+
After the AI-Pilot you have a working prototype that proves whether AI adds value. You can develop it further with your own team (everything is open and documented) or we scale together into a production-ready solution.
Do you also build complete apps?+
Yes. When a prototype has proven its value, we can develop it further together into a full-fledged application. We prefer to do this together with your team or IT partners, but we can also take it on entirely ourselves – like with Snuffl, where we grew from an initial PoC to a complete stand-alone app.
What if AI turns out not to be the right solution?+
That can happen. Sometimes the data is too fragmented or the problem requires a different approach. We'll be honest about that after the exploration. You only pay for that phase.
Who is Think Ahead not suitable for?+
If you're looking for a report to create internal support, or if you expect us to deliver everything without your involvement. We build together.
What do I need to get started?+
A concrete process or pain point. No elaborate plan needed, but a real question. And someone on your side who can think along at least half a day per week.
